Life changing photography day . From the start where Rodney Pedroza sends you a guide on how to prepare for your photo shoot to the reveal of the pictures when they are ready. Rodney's attention to detail and professionalism was amazing. I went in the shoot as a shy girl, within a few minutes I felt like a beautiful confidence lady. I have so far only posted one picture on social media, and it broke the Internet! On the same day I got an email from a modelling agency and have been modelling part time ever since. Thank you Rodney for believing in me when I didn't.

This is so much more than just having your photo taken. Rodney Pedroza sees your essence before you are even awakened to it. He captures you like you have never seen yourself before; he gently coaxes it out of you, without you knowing what is happening. He takes care of everything: hair, makeup and acts as stylist selecting outfits from what you have brought with you.

There is an easy to follow guide provided prior to the shoot. You leave the shoot transformed; having a new sense of you. When I saw my photos, I cried. I was (still am) 95Kg and was feeling really Lupus ill but I had never seen myself looking the way I always felt inside, beautiful and sexy.

What can I say about my experience with Rodney Pedroza?

I loved every minute of it. He took away my fears and made me totally comfortable. He was professional, however he was able to bring out all my various guises.

Most of all I enjoyed the whole experience from recommending how my makeover should be ie subtle to the order of outfits. I actually felt loved and cared for. It’s an experience every woman should have regardless of age. Rodney is an extraordinary man.

Without sounding dramatic, I can safely say my recent shoot with Rodney Pedroza changed my life.

I have never felt more confident in my own skin, from start to finish I felt reassured that my natural face and body was creating beautiful imagines. Rodney’s genuine passion for photography radiated throughout the session and allowed me to feel at ease. I left my shoot feeling unbelievably inspired and couldn’t stop smiling. Just recently we looked through all of the images and every single one made me feel so excited and gave me a real sense of confidence. Rodney made me live one of the best experiences, which teaches us to love each other no matter what.

When I went to the session I was super scared & was feeling very nervous. Then Rodney started guiding me through all the poses and I felt like a puppet (because he was telling me how to move every part of me) and from this point forward, I felt confident because I knew I couldn’t get it wrong. This gave me a lot of confidence & I let go of the fear by following each one of instructions, I felt loved, relaxed without any insecurity in myself. When we finished, I gave him a big hug.

This was a wonderful experience and I love the photos. Also, if I can confess something, there was still something that worries me a bit and it was the reaction of my daughter and husband when they were to see the photos!! They love them too and were fascinated by the fact that they transmit so much essence & emotions.

I had a great experience shooting at Rodney Pedroza’s studio.

He made me feel so comfortable and gave me plenty of direction in front of the camera, this really helped me achieve the shots I wanted and I learnt a lot from him explaining to me new ways to use my body for certain camera angles. A genuine pleasure to shoot with

Rodney is simply put amazing photographer! He put me in ease by connecting with me in advance of photoshoot on personal level, asking questions and finding out why I would love to be a model for a day. Provided me with tips and tricks for how to look my best in advance of scheduled photoshoot including stretches and daily routines.

On the actual date of shoot I was taken care of by amazing make up artist and Rodney himself, was guided and advised what to wear - make up and outfits were carefully selected so I look my absolute best on camera.

I was guided every step of the way, following his instructions of where to look and how to hold my head, arms and hands. I was looking to take professional maternity photos that I knew I would cherish the rest of my life. I couldn't have picked a more perfect photographer to portray what I was cooking up in my brain! Rodney not only is an enthusiastic and encouraging photographer, I feel wonderful to call him now a lifelong friend. I felt comfortable during the entire shoot and when I wasn't sure how to pose or if I felt like something was awkward I could openly talk to him about how I felt and he gave me guidance to get the best photos possible. Where do I start?

Rodney Pedroza is one of the most amazing photographers I've ever worked with. He is so professional and his direction is fantastic. He knows the best angles and is so precise. His vibes are so positive and he's so fantastic and friendly to shoot with.

Through my shoot with him I learnt to love my smile. I've never been comfortable with my own smile in photos and avoid smiling in them wherever possible. I just have never liked my smile but when I saw the photos all I photos I picked and liked were all of me smiling. What a total surprise. I was totally wowed. First time ever I loved my smile and how I looked smiling .

I've also never been a fan of portraits but when I saw the portraits Rodney produced I totally loved them all . First time ever I picked portraits of myself and loved them. He made me feel so comfortable in my own skin. He's such an amazing photographer he will make you love yourself. He's like a Magician. You will see yourself in a different light. I totally recommend him as a photographer. He will work u wonders never known to yourself.

When I arrived, he was so kind and welcoming, he instantly put me at ease. After two minutes I felt completely relaxed, he was so reassuring, he explained that If he asks me to do something and I can’t manage or don’t feel comfortable that is not a problem at all. Well.. what can I say... when I turned up at the studio I had nerves!! As soon as Rodney opened the door and said hello half my nerves disappeared! I'm not going to lie, having my photo taken when I am on my own, and not in a group shot where i can hide, used to give me so much anxiety!

I arrived at Rodney's studio after being gifted a photo shoot by a friend. I was literally shaking. Rodney showered me with his generous spirit - there were snacks, coffee, an amazing stylist and many many laughs. By mid morning I started to relax into it and by the afternoon when we finished I felt like a butterfly that had been in a cocoon. On the day Rodney Pedroza only let me see one shot but that shot took my breath away and every cell in my body screamed "that is me??"

Rodney Pedroza's goal is for all women to see their unique beauty and his belief that all women are beautiful is so infectious that your soul can't help but connect with it and it's as if you are being seen for the very first time.

I love that I have my photos as a reminder of that day. Whenever I have a bad day where I hear my mind start saying "you need to lose weight" "you are looking so tired" - I look at the photos, I remember that day and I say to myself.. you know what I'm beautiful just the way I am....

I do not know if I have enough words to describe how good I felt in Rodney Pedroza photo shoot session. Starting for the manner in what he welcomed me in his studio. He made me feel like I was at home. Also with the interactive and fun environment that he created at the time that he was taking the shoots, it made my nerves disappear.

I have to confess that before I went to this session I did not like to have photos of myself , however, after to share this fantastic day with Rodney (day that he made me feel as a model), my perception of myself appearing in photos has changed.

My experience with Rodney Pedroza was wonderful, he made me feel safe and confident. When we were in the studio one of my biggest insecurities was smiling, since I don't like my smile.

I recently moved to London and wanted to give modelling a go, however I was a bit insecure because of my age. I decided the best thing to do will be to build up a portfolio on my own.

I had some photoshoots with different photographers, but working Rodney Pedroza Portraits was definitely the best experience so far. His style is so unique and top notch editorial level, I was so excited to work with him. I don't have much experience in modelling, I am a bit awkward at posing and sometimes I feel a bit upset after a photoshoot because some photographers would get frustrated that I can't pose well or that I look tired or sad. This was not the case with Rodney Pedroza Portraits. He knows so much about modelling and photography, he would tell me what looks good on the camera and how should I pose. If I looked a bit sad he would tell a joke and cheer me up. I felt so confident and empowered and so motivated to continue doing more photoshoots in the future.

I would like to say this was my first shoot with Rodney Pedroza, I’ve been struggling to find a photographer and my sister actually suggested Rodney.

Meeting him I felt so comfortable and didn’t have complete confidence. After having a really deep conversation and glamouring myself trying on my outfits I felt so happy. For such a long time I’ve struggled with being confident with my smile and Rodney made me smile a lot in my images and before I saw them I was very worried about my appearance or how I looked when I smiled. I don't know even how to start. Rodney Pedroza is someone special, not only by his amazing work (but I have to add - he is a master and what he can do is just insane) but just the way he is. Rodney really knows exactly what he’s doing and exactly how to make anyone feel amazing in front of the camera. His posing techniques are brilliant because he’s a brilliant director and knows exactly how to manipulate the body to its best position. Rodney has an incredible creativity that I am so in tune with, it therefore makes our work even more exciting - know that we are both on the same page creatively. I’m so happy with our work together so far and can’t wait for future shoots!

I think a lot of the time, we all wish that we looked like someone else, but Rodney made me feel fantastic, just for being me. It is evident, both during the session and from the final images, that he is not just taking a photo, he is truly capturing you. Before shooting, he takes time to get to know you and genuinely takes an interest in you as a person. I felt supported and encouraged even before the first photo was taken. Throughout the day I really felt my confidence grow and by the end, I felt so fierce in the outfits that Rodney had styled for me.

His self-proclaimed catchphrase, “posing is my super power”, couldn’t be more true. His ability to direct is absolutely second to none and made posing feel effortless. He is incredibly efficient and his professionalism is remarkable. Rodney knows exactly how to curate the perfect set, control the lighting and how to best style you, to capture your essence.

I couldn’t believe how easily he was able to direct and demonstrate how to pose, position and even change your micro-expressions within seconds. I completely trusted his direction and I have no doubt, that he could make anyone feel like a super model and the most powerful version of themselves.

My experience shooting with Rodney Pedroza was incredible!

I had felt a little low prior to our shoot and that instantly melted away- he is so kind, professional and insightful. Rodney directed and demonstrated poses in a way that felt so easy and natural to follow, something I don’t think most photographers would do but I believe this aided the shoot extremely well. The studio itself was beautiful and modern; we were able to take a relaxed approach to deciding outfits and just chatting before starting the photoshoot which put me at such ease. Rodney’s positive energy and outlook was truly infectious and I feel unbelievably happy with the images we created! Rodney Pedroza was my first photo shoot after the long lockdown and lack of communication from the world.

He instantly made me feel comfortable and was great at communicating his ideas. He gave me some amazing poses to copy him from which not many photographers do which I thought was unique. I had the pleasure to meet Rodney Pedroza and have a session with him, and when he showed me the pictures it was so hard to choose because I loved all of them. I was blown away!

Rodney’s energy it's so contagious, all I could do was smile and laugh through the whole session. He made me feel so comfortable and just be in the moment and my body. Shooting with Rodney Pedroza was a great experience.

His energy, his being super friendly and professional made me feel at ease right away even though it was my first shooting.

Society and the beauty standards imposed by it has made it difficult for us women to feel beautiful and sexy every day, without makeup and without a nice dress. What Rodney made possible that day was to make me feel perfect the way I am, just myself.

I love my photos, I love the poses, even and especially those in profile where I never thought I would look beautiful. He has perfectly managed to enhance what for me a few years ago were defects that I would have had to modify to be accepted and considered a beautiful woman; now I look at myself in those photos and I can say "Yes it's me and I am so beautiful". I hope to have the opportunity to work with Rodney again, he has just a unique energy, taste and creativity.

I was approaching my 60th birthday, feeling jaded and overwhelmed at starting a new job and doubting how I presented myself to the world. The time spent with Rodney was so uplifting , in all ways. I cannot recommend Rodney Pedroza enough!

The communication before the shoot was very detailed and precise, and his response time was quick.

When I arrived to the studio, Rodney did everything to make me feel comfortable like offering me water, coffee, fruit- and we chatted before we began our session. He helped choose which outfits would work best from what I brought and then gave me some time to get dressed and ready. The shoot was so much fun.

Rodney gives incredible direction, and I love that he has his own sort of vocabulary to direct with so it is easy to remember what he wants you to do, and he can make you laugh while doing it all! He helps unlock your inner self and makes you shine- the pictures from our session are just out of this world! As a model, I don't love my smile and he could pick up on that energy- and he helped me through the session smile and laugh and there are photos from our time together where I'm smiling and I love them!

Wanted to share my honest view and experience for everyone else and also as a recommendation for Rodney.

His view for what and how to capture an image is inspiring. I’m a confident person but he really brought me out my shell in ways I didn’t know I needed e.g.

The thought of x miling for photos was never an option I’ve never really loved my smile and so Rodney making me smile and taking photos made me so nervous. I did not expect that when looking at the end results, pretty much all of my photo choices would be of me smiling😁

The way he’s captured that moment just feels so authentic and like it’s really me. So grateful for the experience and feeling like it’s okay to smile now. Couldn’t wish for a better photographer😇📸

This was one of the most important experiences in my life in terms of body acceptance.

I am quite hard on myself and I have the feeling that most women are too.

Seeing myself through Rodney’s lens showed me I am indeed amazing and I am powerful and I am beautiful.
